Armor Spider[]
- Foreword
After beating the Tower Knight you are confronted by a thick colourless fog that is inpenetrable, it says you need to slay an Archdemon to go forward. Well, the third boss you will have to fight next isn't an Archdemon, but is one step closer to it. The Armor Spider's lair is at the bottom of Stonefang Tunnel, you will have to fight many miners/officials. The miners are best fought against with pierce attacks and the Officials are just a pain in the a**. Make sure you have plenty of Moon Grass, preferably the more aged levels of it.
- The Fight
Ok, now you have just slew hordes of enemies and arrived at the bottom of the elevator with sweaty palms and adrenaline flowing. Walk up to the fog and enter for the final test. Inconveniently you're in a semi-narrow tunnel with a huge fire-breathing, pissed off spider at the other end. Alright, so what you're going to want to do is run straight up to her to begin the carnage. She will shoot fire balls (one, a set of three, or three sets of three in a row at a time randomly)She will also shoot web at you decreasing your speed greatly(avoid this at all costs), the third thing she'll do is breath fire like a boss(really avoid this at all costs). Now that you've been rolling, strafing, and fleeing you finally manage to get close enough for an attack. But watch out! She will screech which can knock you down if you're not shielding yourself. Along with the screeching she will slash at you with her legs. After a bit she'll do some weird girating motion and crouch down opening herself up to attack. Weild your weapon with both hands and if you have it use the Sticky White Stuff this will increase damage severly. You can now hack away at your leisure, and utilize common sense to evade, recover and inevitably emerge victorious with her Soul. Best of luck to you and farewell.
